We have developed grinding wheel manufacturing technology and incorporated a ceramic core into resin bond (diamond/CBN) wheels. The feel and performance of these wheels differ from traditional resin wheels and vitrified wheels. They are particularly suitable for processing that requires high precision. The synergy wheels produce very quiet and smooth sounds during grinding. They dramatically reduce dimensional changes caused by heat generated during processing and utilize internal pores for cooling. Additionally, the wheels have rigidity and shock absorption, which improve edge retention, cutting ability, and surface roughness.
